Last month's font
Melior Medium German typographer Hermann Zapf designed Melior in 1952 for font foundry Linotype. The overall design of the typeface is based on the rectangle. It is a versatile and extremely legible font family that can work in body copy and as short text, in a variety of point sizes.
Last month’s winner: (May/June 2010) Chapman writes: “It’s quite a fantastic “g” character indeed! I enjoy the difference where the “loop” connects with the “link” as well as the abruptness of the “ear.” |
