MicroGREEN launches plastic 50%-recycled print substrate
ARLINGTON, WA—MicroGREEN Polymers, a plastics company that develops economically/ecologically viable plastics, has launched the InCycle brand of substrate. The new substrate contains up to 50% post-consumer recycled content.

New FSC labels must be adopted by July 1, 2011
TORONTO—The Forest Stewardship Council is introducing new standards for its certification labels worldwide. Companies that are currently FSC-certified will have to adopt the new standard from July 1, 2011 onwards. For all new FSC-certification candidate companies, this new standard has been in effect since December 1, 2010.

Hagon Design goes green with AECON and Trout Unlimited
KITCHENER, ONT.—When construction and infrastructure company AECON became the lead sponsor of not-for-profit freshwater ecosystem organization Trout Unlimited’s 24th annual banquet and fundraiser in Toronto this year, it enlisted the help of Hagon Design to create an integrated campaign which would boost attendance and revenue from previous years.
