TORONTO—The Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario's annual design conference celebrated its 10th anniversary last night with a birthday party held at the Drake Hotel. Cake was served and video messages of well wishes were broadcast from past conference speakers, including Stefan Sagmeister who sung Happy Birthday from Bali.

The first annual Design Thinkers was held on Friday, October 13, 2000 at the Hart House, University of Toronto. More than 280 delegates attended the one-day conference, which featured six speakers: Bruce Brown, Collin Cole, Chris Conley, Peter Dixon, Kevin E. Dunal, Rolf Jensen.

Now a two-day event, this year's conference wrapped up today at the Toronto Convention Centre. Presenters included Michael Bierut, Pam Scott, Marty Neumeier, Gael Towey, Steven Heller, Matthew Carter, Terry O'Reilly and Vanessa Eckstein – 27 in total. Contact: www.designthinkers.com
