Canopy eco-paper database doubles
VANCOUVER—The number of environmental printing and writing grade papers available in North America has more than doubled, from 97 to 228 in the past 18 months, according to a press release from Canopy, formerly Market Initiative.
The sharp increase in eco-paper options is a result of large paper buyers, including Canopy signatories, requesting more papers with ecological attributes.
Developed and maintained for the past 10 years, Canopy’s eco-paper database tracks the quality of papers and rates so consumers can be informed of the best ecological options. Contact: Canopyplanet.org
