TORONTO/VANCOUVER/CALGARY—Returning to his hometown of Toronto, Scott Weisbrod joined Blast Radius last month as the interactive agency’s new VP of strategy. He was formerly the director of insight and planning at Critical Mass in Calgary.

Chris Duchaine has been promoted to associate creative director at GJP in Toronto. GJP has yet to replace its former creative director Lisa Greenberg. She left the agency in March to join Leo Burnett as CD of its art department, following the departure of Israel Diaz who joined the new Toronto office of David & Goliath as executive creative director.

Art director Scott Maddox has joined Rethink Communications in Vancouver. He was previously with TBWA and VCCP.

Also in Vancouver, Jordan Doucette is now a creative director at Taxi Vancouver. Doucette left Taxi 2 in Toronto to take on this position. And Taxi Calgary’s managing director Russell Stedman is now general manager of Taxi West.
