Keynote speakers announced for 2011 SEGD Conference
MONTREAL— A multidisciplinary, international roster of speakers will keynote the 2011 Society of Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD) conference in Montreal. SEGD’s 30th annual conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Montreal and the Palais des Congrès de Montréal from June 1-4.
Keynote speakers will include:
Andreas Uebele, founder and director of Stuttgart-based Büro Uebele Visuelle Kommunikation, and author of Signage Systems & Information Graphics.

Ruedi Baur, of cross-disciplinary design partnership Integral, with offices in Paris, Zurich and Berlin.
David Gibson, co-founder and managing principal of Two Twelve (New York) and author of The Wayfinding Handbook.
Garth Walker, founder of South Africa’s Mister Walker Design (Durban).
Michel Dallaire, founder and president of Michel Dallaire Design Industriel (Montreal). Dallaire designed the award-winning Montreal public bicycle system.
Sylvia Harris, information design strategist and founder of Sylvia Harris LLC (New York). Harris has devoted 25 years to the design and management of public-interest communications. Contact: SEGD Conference
